In Uruguay seems to have calado deep the sanction to Luis Suárez. The National Institution of Human rights of Uruguay has stood out that the FIFA "violated" the human rights of the forward when imposing him a sanction of four months moved away of the football

As it has affirmed this Friday the National Institution of Human rights and Defensoría of the Village of Uruguay, the FIFA "violated" the rights of Luis Suárez when it sanctioned him with four months of inhabilitación for any activity that was related with the football, as well as with the impossibility to attend to a terrain of game although it only was to train . The organism of the country sudamericano has been conclusive in his communiqué. "Said sanction violates specific human rights of the mentioned sporty, and extends , even, to the exercise of these inside the national territory".

Besides, it signals that the rights vulnerados "are consecrated" in the Constitution of the Republic and in the "juridical order" of the Human rights "that the humanity has come consecrating and developing from 1948". The note, in this direction, ensures that the distinct states in which it acts the jurisdiction of the FIFA "are forced to respect this universal normative frame". It criticises , besides, that the sanction "can not be resorted in front of any judicial authority", and that of this way the punishment "desconoce the right of all person to an effective resource in front of competent national Courts".

The National Institution of Human rights of Uruguay, however, does not leave it here but it goes further. It ensures that the decision of the Commission of Discipline "affects, among others, the right to the work and to the personal freedom, especially taking into account the form in that the sanction was processed and his immediate consequences". Although it was six days afterwards, Luis Suárez apologised public by the bite to Chiellini, and expects that this can play in favour his after the resource of appeal presented to the TAS to try that it reduce him the penalty.
