The judge calls to Sandro Rosell to declare by the case Neymar

In the appearance of the next 13 June, Sandro Rosell, beside the legal representative of the Football Club Barcelona Antonio Rossich, will have to answer in front of the judge Ruz of the fiscal crime that imputes to the Barcelona by a presumptive fraud of 9,1 million euros in the signing of the player. The judge decided to call them to declare as imputed after receiving a report of the Agency Tributaria, dated on 30 May, that confirms that the Barcelona, ??Imputed already in this cause like legal person, committed a fiscal crime and defrauded to Inland revenue at least 9,1 million euros in the signing of Neymar.

This quantity could arrive to the 11,7 millions if it confirms the possible fraud of 2,6 million euros more for the exercise of 2014, that "with exceptions" has detected the agency. In this same resolution, Ruz agreed also ask to the parts on the origin to direct the process to the people intervinientes in the different agreements object of investigation, what could affect to the current president of the FC Barcelona, ??Josep Maria Bartomeu, and to the father of the Brazilian forward, among others.

Besides it has demanded to the Barça diverse documentation, between which stands out the breakdown of the incomes declared and the retentions ingresadas in Inland revenue on 24 February past, in virtue of the extemporaneous voluntary regularisation that did the club by amount of 13,5 million euros by the signing of Neymar. For the same day in that it has quoted Rossell and Rossich, Ruz also has called to declare like witnesses to the experts of Deloitte that elaborated the audit of annual accounts of the FC Barcelona with date of 30 June 2012 and of 30 June of the 2013.
