The project of the 'Nou Espai Barça', explained to the detail

The economic vice-president, Javier Faus, ensures that "we will present to the Assembly a commercial name for the Stadium, always a surname because we will not lose our name of Camp Nou. It will not appeal to the pocket of the partner"

Javier Faus, economic vice-president of the club, has explained during the press conference of presentation of the new project Space Barça that the approximate cost "will be of 600 million euros" and has added that the partners of the Barça have to be calm because, to fund it, "will not appeal in the pocket of the partner in no case" and neither will put in risk "the sportive project of the first team and of the professional sections". 

No only will carry out the project of the new Stadium to the current structure (known like project ENEA), that will leave the capacity of the Camp Nou in 105.000 viewers, but the space Barça will be composed by a new Palau Blaugrana of 12.000 viewers, a second pavilion of 2.000 people, the Palau of Gel also will be present, as well as the Social Space, the Commercial Space, the Offices, the Masia and 5.000 squares of parking. "There will be any another city of Europe that have this project in the middle of the city", has said Javier Faus, economic vice-president of the club.

The cost of the new Camp Nou, 400 million euros 

Because of the more than 100.000 viewers covered, as well as the improvement in the comfort and the visibility of a lot of partners is one of the keys of the cost of the Nou Camp Nou. The works will lengthen during four summers, of the 2017 to the 2021, and the total cost will be of 600 millions, including the New Palace or the urbanisation of the terrains, among others. 

"From the third terracing the costs are exponential", has signalled Faus. The partner of the Barça will not have to pay this project neither neither there will be any spills, has insisted: "it will not appeal in the pocket of the partner in no case neither foresees an increase of the abonos. The Space Barça will not put in risk the sportive project of the first team and of the professional sections of the club". 

The club will do an extraordinary effort of information, but until it do not approve in referendum, select the architectural project and complete the design, will not be able to answer some questions, as for example the definite appearance of the installations, the place of the partners, the surname of the Stadium-that it will have to be approved by the assembly of compromisarios-or who will be the architect. "We will do a contest to world-wide level to choose the definite project", has revealed Faus. 

The new Space Barça, in his globalidad, will have a cost of 600 millions. The Stadium will have a cost of 420 millions, the Palau 90 millions, the improvements in mobility and parking, 40 millions, the Space Barça 30 millions and the urbanismo, as well as the demolish of the Mini, around 20 millions. "This project will not pay it any millionaire, will pay it we. It does not concern us who will advance us the money, what can concern us is how go back without putting in risk the sportive excellence", has analysed Faus, that has added that one of the key appearances for autofinanciarse is to have flow of box. 

"We are brushing the 100 million euros of 'Cash flow'-flow of box-. If have 110 million euros, can fichar and devote millions to the new project. Up to now, what did was to reduce the debt. From the season that comes will not have any banking debt, as neither with the Social Security or with Inland revenue", has cleared. On the commercial surname that will have the Stadium, Faus has said that will subject the decision of the Assembly, where will present a concrete proposal. 

"Always it will be the surname because we will not lose our name, of Camp Nou, but the Managerial Board will have to choose the one who will have been the best offer presented", has commented Faus, that has remembered that they could ingresar 150 millions by this concept. This figure could go up until the 300 millions if the club decided to sell the name of the stadium, what has left clear that will not do . "It is the only way to guarantee the new Space Barça. If the partner thinks that the Camp Nou does not have to have a commercial name has to vote that no".
