BOMBAZO: The FIFA handles the possibility to celebrate the World-wide each two years

After 71 Congress of the FIFA, Gianni Infantino, president of the organism, analysed this Friday 21 May the possibility to make the World-wide each two years in profit of the football and no in four as it comes making usually. To approve , the modification and afterwards of the celebration of the next Glass of the World Catar 2022, the fans only would have to expect until 2024 to witness again the maximum contest of the mentioned sport.

The president of the FIFA ensured that it is a way to promote more to the balompié, but will have to analyse it so that it do not interfere with the other competitions futbolísticas and besides debate when would begin to implement the change. The initial idea was proposed by Arsène Wenger, exentrenador of the Arsenal.

"It is a way to promote the football. It is necessary to study that we can do to stimulate the football. We have to have the open mind. We know what represents the Glass of the World. It is necessary to see how can fit in the international calendar, see the parties of classification. The fans want to see parties more important. The priority will be the sportive and no the commercial", sustained.

Anyway, it emphasized that it is a possibility that come analysing, but that still is not a reality. It signalled that the big interrogante would be the handle of the eliminatory in each one of the confederations and the position of other tournaments like Eurocopa or the Glass America, since these would conserve the format of each four years.
