The family of Emiliano Sala keeps asking for answers about his death

The family had to pay the investigation that finally resulted in the finding of the rests of the player, afterwards that the authorities decided to cancel the works of rescue. The body of the pilot was not found and the authorities did not allow to recover the aircraft
The world of the football cried on 21 January 2019 when knowing the news of the demise of Emiliano Room. For then, the aircraft that transported to the Argentinian from France to British territory, after arriving to an agreement with the Cardiff City for his traspaso from the Nantes, suffered a flaw that finish with his life after falling in the Channel de la Mancha.
In the accident also lost the life the pilot David Ibbotson, of 60 years. The rests submerged of the avioneta were found on 3 February afterwards of intense works of rescue. Four days afterwards, was found the body of the player, but no the one of his pilot, in a finding that went product of an investigation funded by the family Room, after the authorities desisted after the first workdays.
The corpse was recovered, but the transfer of the rests of the avioneta was not authorised, what generated the rejection of the familiar, since with them could have known the causes of the accident. The investigation was postponed until starts of 2020, but the shoot of the pandemia of the Covid-19 delayed even more the works.
In the back days, went out to the light a note of voice of the Argentinian, possibly recorded in the last instants in that the aircraft found flying. In her it said "If in an hour and average do not have mine novelties… do not know if they go to command to somebody to look for me, because they do not go me to find".
The family demands explanations
To date, the causes of the accident continue being an incógnita. In front of this, the lawyer of the family, David MacHover, has requested the realisation of an investigation that determine of definite form what was what occurred. In his opinion, the fact is tragic, but is worse even that the family of the player, that for then had 28 years, continue without knowing exactly the causes of his death.
In accordance with the preliminary data, sustains that the pilot and the avioneta had not received the necessary permissions to make commercial flights. Besides it signals that the accident could have produced afterwards that Ibbotson decided to make a manual toning in front of the incumplimiento of the protocols of security. However, it shows esperanzado in front of the forensic investigations that will initiate after the trial to David Henderson, the one who in principle was the pilot designated to move to the player.
