The project of creation a Superliga European sum a new chapter from the courts. Although the magistrate for the moment does not find in command of the Mercantile Court number 17, that has now to Sofia Gil at the head of the process concerning the Superliga European, Ruiz of Lara, the one who had warned on the dangers of thep osturas dominant by part of the body rector of the European football, will be able to go back when it correspond.
Meanwhile, the subject has been elevated to another instance: the Court of Justice of the European Union. It expects that in the next months pronounce in front of the expressed by Ruiz of Lara when signalling to the UEFA to want to keep a monopoly on the tournaments to continental level. Likewise, they have left clear that there is not any reason to separate of the procedure to the judge in question.
The sentence against the UEFA and LaLiga
The mount that they will have to saldar is stipulated in the sentence when presenting acts in bad faith: "When the resolution that decide the incident declare on purpose the existence in bad faith in the recusante, will be able to impose a fine of 180 to 6.000 euros. The corresponding fine will impose it, inside the fan that makes us possible the law, in the half reference-high, that is to say, 5.000 euros".
Likewise, they have explained that the quantity will have to be paid by the UEFA and LaLiga: "we Consider that that is the proportionate answer sancionatoria for so injustificada procedural strategy, as it can not allow that entorpezca the llevanza by a judge of a judicial procedure of the way in which they have done it the recusantes".
