FIFA and the International Football Association Board (IFAB) agreed this Saturday to apply the new regulations on added time in football in all competitions, following the approach applied during the World Cup in Qatar

With the aim to attain a greater effective time in the parties, the FIFA and the International Football Association Board (IFAB) agreed to implement, in all the competitions to world-wide level, a new rule of the 'additional time' that takes like base the approach implemented in Qatar 2022, where in promedió added between 18 and 20 minutes by each party, adding 1 minute by each celebration of goal and by each window of changes.

In this sense, the president of the FIFA, Gianni Infantino, explained the foundations of the new rule to add time of game.
