Al Khelaïfi could face a ban for 15 days or even up to two months according to the UEFA Disciplinary Code. This has been indicated by the director of the Sports Law Institute, Toni Roca
The defeat of Paris Saint-Germain in front of the Real Madrid by 3-1 in Santiago Bernabéu desató the ire of the president of the French club, Nasser To the-Khelaïfi, the one who went in search of the referees of the party of aggressive way and profiriendo threats. In fact, in the record of the party remained reflected that the jerarca broke one of the pennants of the linieres, by what opened him a file.
In accordance with the director of the Sports Law Institute, Toni Rock, To the-Khlelaïfi could be sanctioned with 15 parties without being present in the stadium, that also would fall on the sportive director: "With this description, the article 11 and the article 15 of the Disciplinary Code of the UEFA house sufficient mechanisms as to impose a punishment that, in terms of parties, could arrive to a maximum of 15 meetings of inhabilitación so much for To the-Khelaifi as for Leonardo".
Nevertheless, it sustains that this figure can vary as the had by the body rector of the European football: "UEFA also reserves the right to substitute the punishment and, in place to encircle to a concrete number of parties, apply a period of suspension. It would be surprising that UEFA did not apply punishment any although it was small. Along the Article 15.1, that is where fixes the scale of parties in function of the gravity of the sanction, always speaks , no only of a concrete number of meetings, but of a 'determinate period' as alternative".
Even the sanctions could be greater, in accordance with Toni Rock: "UEFA has sufficient authority for, applying a criterion of proporcionalidad, punish to the two leaders of the PSG by a high time. How much? This already depends on what UEFA estimate timely, but following this principle of proporcionalidad and the gravity of the related, would not have to surprise us a punishment of a month or even a pair".
Also there would be economic sanctions for the PSG
Of equal way, estimates that the Parisians could see forced to disburse important sums of money in front of the facts occurred in function of the regulations stipulated by the organism: "UEFA also would have to apply an economic fine as it reflects the article 15.2 of his Disciplinary Code. The maximum is of 100.000 euros per person".
