Until a year without fichar could confront the United if it decided to finish the valid agreement that has with Cristiano, until June of 2023. The footballer, in the case to do the same, could be at least four months without playing
Cristiano Ronaldo and the Manchester United have followed worsening his relation, so much inside as out of the field. To the Portuguese still remains him a season more than agreement, until 30 June of the 2023, after having returned to Old Trafford the pertinent past summer of the Juventus, with a wage near of the 23 million clean euros by season.
When being inside his second year of agreement and be an equal or greater player of 28 years, the English club could face an important sanction of part of the FIFA if it decided unilaterally finish the agreement with CR7. As it indicates the article 17 of the Statute and Transfer of Players "in all the cases, the part that terminates the agreement forces to pay a compensation that will calculate considering the national legislation and other objective criteria".
In the case that the player went the one who broke the agreement, Cristiano would expose to a sanction of four months without being able to play when finding inside this "period protected" of the first two years. The rule describes that "it will consist in a restriction of four months in his eligibility to play in any official party. In the case of aggravating circumstances, the restriction will be of six months. These sportive sanctions will go in in force immediately after it have notified the decision to the player".
1 year without fichar
For the Manchester United the sanction if it decides to break the agreement with the Portuguese, in addition to the payment of the compensation, exposes to two windows without being able to fichar; also by the period protected that defends to the footballer. Only a "abusive attitude" by part of the player with the club or on the contrary, would allow to the another splits to pose break the agreement without compensation neither punishment.
This stage is puntualizado in the same statute where says that "any abusive behaviour of a part that have like object force to his contraparte to terminate an agreement or modify the terms of east, constitutes a cause justified of rescission by the player or club.
