The ultimatum of the judge of the case of the Superliga to Aleksander Čeferin

EI Judge Manuel Ruiz of Lara, the one who has the case of the Superliga European, has given him a term of five days to the authorities of the UEFA so that they cancel the sanctions against the clubs founders of the Superliga and file the disciplinary files against said teams.

However, the sources consulted aimed that Čeferin and the rest of the directive of the UEFA can allege that they have raised the sanctions against the Barcelona, the Juventus and the Real Madrid for remaining in the Superliga, due to the fact that, at present, the three clubs are competing in the Champions League in spite of that the maximum leader of the UEFA no descartó publicly an expulsion.

With these statements, the judge aims to that the UEFA would comport like a Monopoly, by what also has asked that the Court of Luxembourg pronounce with regard to the case in question.
