The Federation gives the go-ahead to the precautionary measure despite the claims of Espanyol

The Committee of Competition of the Real Spanish Federation of Football (RFEF) has arrived to the conclusion that the cautelar awarded to Robert Lewandowski has to respect. The organism has it desvelado through his social networks after the Espanyol presented diverse complaints alleging that they do not find "neither arguments neither give the requirements that justify the measure".

"In the night of yesterday, the RCD Espanyol sent a writing to the Committee of Competition requesting leave without effect the judicial resolution of the Central Court number 2, in relation with the cautelarísima of the player Robert Lewandowski by the formal and juridical reasons that exposed", aimed the RFEF partly of his communiqué.

"The Committee of Competition has gathered with character of urgency this same morning of the Saturday 31 December agreeing the inadmisión of the requested. The reasons have exposed in the writing in that it has communicated the decision to the clubs; and summary in that the Committee can not leave without effect a judicial resolution", sentenced the text, leaving clear that the '9' Barcelona will have freedom to contest, at least, the derbi Catalan.
