The discussion on the first Clásico of LaLiga 2019-20 continues, and seems that it is going to take a while. The Competition Committee will fix December 18th as the new date chosen by Barça and Real Madrid, but LaLiga will appeal
The calendar follows looking for a date for the first Classical of LaLiga 2019-20, but the task is not resulting simple. In spite of the request of the FC Barcelona to keep on 26 October for the celebration of the meeting, the authorities opted by the postponement with the seen well of the Catalan group and the Real Madrid, something that has derived in a wrap to the that for the moment does not finish to see final.
So much culés as 'merengues' would have arrived to an understanding for the dispute of the duel, that would reposition the Wednesday 18 December. The Committee of Competition put in hands of both entities the election and this Monday, following the limit that previously established, will approve the new suggestion, that would fit in one of the few gaps that the two big have in his programming of the season.
The problem is that, according to the newspaper 'ACE, LaLiga will answer with a resource in front of the Courts of Justice, since it would not be satisfied with the chosen by Barcelona and whites. The proposal of the organism that directs Javier Thebes was on 4 December or at most the 7 -this last would force to reposition two parties-, and already launched a warning signalling that the 18 are foreseen some eliminatory of Glass of Rey.
The patronal already has remitted a writing complaining to the Spanish Federation of Football, in which it ensures that "the one who it was necessary to attend to the agreement of the clubs affected to fix the date of a party suspended contravenes clearly the Royal decree law 5/2015 that deposits in LaLiga the condition of trading company of the First and the Second Division (professional competitions) and that, in virtue of this otorgamiento, confers him to this the function of 'require the date and schedule of celebration of each one the events commercialised' (art. 4.4.c) Of this norm with legal rank)".
"The decision of change of the date of the most important party of LaLiga can not remain to the decision of the two clubs participants. LaLiga Has the legal mandate of maximizar the income obtained by the commercialisation of the audiovisual rights of the First and Second Division, and being the Classical the most important party of both competitions, can not do without his necessary and transcendental intervention. Do it would be illegal and would suppose a grave irresponsibility of the Committee", adds.
The RFEF considers that LaLiga delegated his election
In relation to this reaction of LaLiga, the RFEF understands that Thebes and his delegated his decision, by what now have to observe the agreements reached by the others parts involved. Near sources to the federative body remember that "if it was he the one who asked the barter to Competition, as it will have to attend the final resolutions that the Committee take in this regard", although all aims to another crossing of indictments that could finish in the courts. The Classical is still in the air.
