Barça goes to the TAD to appeal the sanction against Lewandowski

Robert Lewandowski returned this Friday to the trainings with the FC Barcelona after his participation with Poland in the Glass of the World, with the hope to reappear the next 8 January in front of the Athletic of Madrid if the measure cautelar formulated in front of the Court of Sportive Arbitration (TAD) succeeds. In principle, the failure of the body could produce next Friday 23 December, although it neither would be rare that it was necessary to expect a week more to know the decision.

In this sense, if the Court considers that, as it affirmed the forward, his gesture went directed to the bench culé and no like an offence to Gil Manzano, Lewandowski only would have to fulfil a party of sanction by his expulsion in front of the Osasuna, being east the derbi in front of the Espanyol in the Spotify Camp Nou the next 31 December, in the reinicio of the competition after the stop mundialista.

The Barça, little optimistic with the cautelar

Further to exhaust the legal resource, the expectations in the Barça are not good regarding the failure of the TAD. According to the failure of the Committee of Appeal, "the presumption of veracity of the record of gil Manzano has not resulted desvirtuada (there is not at all that it test that the gestures did not head to the referees neither the interpretation in general of the recurrent club)", posture that shared the Committee of Competition of the RFEF. However, for now, the sanction remains in suspense and Robert follows training to reappear in January in plenitud of conditions.
