Justice rejects the suspension of the LaLiga-CVC agreement

The court of First Instance number 15 of Madrid has declared inadmissible the request of Barça, Madrid and Athletic to annul the agreement with CVC. The judge has warned that the criteria of a minority cannot override the agreements reached

In what consists the agreement with CVC?
