Therefore, it remains clear that the footballers that play in Spain and are summoned to the selection have to attend, of the contrary could lose his licence. The only that they could avoid this problem are those that play abroad, since, according to the rule of the FIFA, would not be forced to assist and this would not affect his participation in his respective national competitions, where himself would have licence to compete.
