The president of the Spanish Federation of Football (RFEF), Ángel María Villar, is being investigated by the commission of ethical of the FIFA after denying to cooperate in the reports of the World-wide of Russia 2018 and Qatar 2022, as it informs this Thursday the German newspaper "Die Welt". Sources of the FIFA quoted by this same newspaper indicated that Villar, also vice-president of the International Federation and member of his executive committee, did not answer to the questions of the fiscal boss Michael García, a rape of the ethical code of the body rector of the world-wide football.

Villar, of 64 years, went one of the 22 men that voted in the controversial election of December of 2010 in Zúrich. The FIFA has avoided to comment the subject.
