The AFE attacks Barça for his performance with Dembélé

The Association of Spanish Footballers has issued a communiqué in where it has wanted to express his posture in front of the 'case Dembélé', in where Xavi Hernández has decided to separate him of the announcement in front of the Athletic Bilbao this Thursday by the eighth of Glass of Rey. The egarense has been firm and considers that the player does not have any type of commitment by the Barcelona T-shirt.

In the text, the AFE has mentioned that considers an obligation that the Barça credit the wages pactados with the player and that this also loan his services in equality of conditions that his mates. Besides, they add that it does not have to exist any type of pressure neither discrimination by part of the institution so that the attacker renounce to his labour rights. With this, the association shows against of the posture that has kept the Catalan club until the moment.

"We understand that the renewal of an agreement requires of the agreement of wills of the two parts. Said agreement of wills has to be issued freely without that they exist external conditionings that limit or coarten the freedom of contracting of the professional footballer", indicated the organisation.

As last sentence, adds that although the French does not have to be summoned in all the parties, if his absence is due to a pressure to bend his will, the Barcelona would be acting of illegal form. "AFE Considers that not arriving to an agreement to renew an agreement of work does not suppose an incumplimiento labour", concludes the official communiqué. With this, the ones of Joan Laporta will be able to evaluate from a better perspective the situation with the extreme Frenchman, although by the moment, does not seem to have a clear solution to the subject.

What has to do the Barça?
