Exculpan To Messi of the crimes against Inland revenue

The Fiscalía has asked to the judge that file the cause against Leo Messi by fiscal fraud alleging ignorance on the management and canalisation of his income, and that the procedure go on only against the father of the player of the FC Barcelona, Jorge Messi

Both are imputed for defrauding 4,1 millions to the Public Inland revenue between 2007 and 2009 in the taxation of the rights of image. In a writing sent to the judge of Gavà that instructs the case, the public ministry considers that the behaviour of the forward of the FC Barcelona and of the selection of Argentina is not criminal since "it did not take part in the taking of decisions on the management and canalisation of his income, neither knew really the importance, dimension, purpose and effects of the entramado societario" articulated purportedly by his father to avoid the payment of taxes.
