Toni Freixa on Messi's renewal: "He's the best, but he's 34 years old ..."

Toni Freixa has gone back to pronounce regarding the renewal of the agreement of Leo Messi, after having 'presented' three strategies to ensure the continuity of the Argentinian in the Barcelona entity. The ex presidential candidate of the FC Barcelona took his social networks to express that it does not comprise the reason of so much worry in the club, when it is necessary to think in the future and the youngest players.

"I see to the barcelonismo too concerned by Messi. The best of the history, definitely, but is 34 years old. Our future is in hands of Pedri, Of Jong, Ansu, Eric García and others that will come. The Barça always is bigger that any player", wrote Freixa in his official account of Twitter. It has been a message that has generated a lot of controversy, but also has gone out culés that defend the position of the Catalan.
