Cristiano, accused to defraud 14,7 millions to Inland revenue

The Section of Economic Crimes of the Fiscalía Provincial of Madrid has presented a complaint in front of the Court of Instruction Dean of Pozuelo de Alarcón against the footballer Cristiano Ronaldo by four crimes against the Public Inland revenue committed between the years 2011 and 2014 and that suppose a fraud tributario of 14,7 million euros.

The Fiscalía underlines that the footballer of the Real Madrid has taken advantage of of a structure societaria created in 2010 to hide to the fisco the incomes generated in Spain by the rights of image something that supposes an incumplimiento "voluntary" and "conscious" of his fiscal obligations in Spain.

According to the note, the quotas tributarias purportedly defrauded were of 1,39 million euros in 2011; 1,66 millions in 2012; 3,2 millions in 2013 and 8,5 millions in 2014. All these quotas surpass the 120.000 annual euros that convert the fiscal fraud in crime, punished with a penalty of one to five years of prison.
