Barça is working hard on the 'exit operation' to raise funds and balance its wage bill. These are the players who should leave the club, preferably before June 30
The FC Barcelona board does not want to delay any longer the departure of those players who are not in the coaching staff's plans for 2025/26. The need to raise funds and free up salary margin to think about reinforcements raises, at least, six departures in June to clear the panorama for the summer market.
Barça has already closed its first sale of the summer with Álex Valle, who finally stayed at Como in Italy in exchange for 6 million euros. The club will also receive around 8 'kilos' net for the transfer of Jean-Clair Todibo to West Ham, but still has other internal folders to resolve.
Barça has already defined its four discards for 2025/26

For the moment, there are four fixed discards of Hansi Flick for the next season. Although Andreas Christensen was also marked to leave, the Dane convinced the coach to give him another opportunity with his performances against Real Madrid and Espanyol in the final stretch of LaLiga.
In addition, the signing of Jonatan Tah by Bayern Munich leads Flick to keep '15' and Eric García as replacements, both with the ability to occupy several defensive positions. Those who are on the departure ramp are:
📌Ansu Fati: the one who is closest to closing his departure is the one from Bisáu. Everything points to the fact that the 22-year-old winger will go on loan to Monaco, with a purchase option for 12 million euros. His departure is key, as he receives one of the highest salaries in the squad (14 'kilos' gross).
📌Pau Víctor: at least five teams from LaLiga, including Sevilla and Betis, have been after the striker for several months. Although Barça does not rule out a loan, they could also let him go for a figure close to 5 million euros. For the moment, he has a contract until 2029.
📌Pablo Torre: the Cantabrian also has no place in the squad, but does not have as many offers as Víctor. The midfielder did not play in April and May with Barça and, entering his last year of contract, it is likely that the culés will end up selling him for a price lower than his transfer (5 M€).
📌Iñaki Peña: the Alicante native has run out of options after the renewal of Szczesny and the imminent arrival of Joan García. Celta and other clubs are looking for his transfer, which should leave a figure close to 10 'kilos' in the Catalan coffers, although his contract also ends in 2026.
Barça's loanees in 24/25 must also leave soon
After closing the transfer of Álex Valle to Como, Barça still has to resolve the departure of its other two loaned players in 24/25: Clément Lenglet and Oriol Romeu. The most urgent case is that of the defender, as his salary (16 M€ gross) is a real burden for the club.
📌Clément Lenglet: for now, the only viable option for the Frenchman is to stay at Atlético, as Diego Simeone has given the 'ok' to his continuity. However, the 'colchoneros' prefer to sign him with a letter of freedom, while Barcelona insists on receiving compensation for the operation.
📌Oriol Romeu: the midfielder did not have his best year back at Girona, but Míchel is counting on him for next season. His file does not represent a problem for the club and it is likely that Girona will pay a lower figure to close his definitive incorporation.
