Barcelona accelerates procedures: Joan García, close to being confirmed, and a strategy underway to register Marcus Rashford and company before the start of LaLiga
FC Barcelona will soon formalize the registration of Joan García. This was acknowledged by the club in a statement, where they explained that, after the approval of the medical report that corroborates the long-term absence of Marc-André ter Stegen, they will be able to invoke article 77 of the Regulations for the Preparation of Budgets of Clubs and SADs.
This will allow them to use a percentage of the German goalkeeper's salary to bring in the Catalan goalkeeper. His registration should be finalized before this Thursday.
However, the press release only mentions the registration of the goalkeeper from Sallent de Llobregat, without referring to other cases that the culé team has on its agenda to complete the registration of players.

In the case of Bardghji and Bernal, the situation does not generate great concern. Although the intention is to register them in the first team, they could start the championship with a contract from the reserve team, since they are under 23 years old. Plan A: enter the 1:1 rule
According to SPORT, FC Barcelona is considering two ways to complete the registrations. The first, and most direct, is to definitively access the 1:1 rule, which would allow all players to be registered without any problems.
