Communiqué of the FC Barcelona on the signing of Neymar

Positioning of the FC Barcelona in relation with the operation carried out in the signing of Neymar:

1º) The performance of the Club has been, at all times, regarding this operation and in accordance with the information that it has , fully according to the valid juridical legislation.

2º) In the next days personará, by means of lawyer and procurator, in front of the Central Court of Instruction number5, for the suitable defence of his rights and interests.

3º) Likewise, it expresses his total disposal to collaborate with the Administration of Justice in this procedure, as it has been attending from the first moment, or in any another in that it was required his intervention.
