Kanté has always shown that he is a footballer who has Chelsea as a priority. Now with a new stance on the part of the club, its renewal seems increasingly likely.
The future of N'Golo Kanté still has not defined , but does not seem that it can demorarse much more. The midfield player, that follows lesionado, is negotiating with Chelsea to extend his agreement, which finalises next summer. At the same time, the FC Barcelona watches these meetings of the player with the English club, expecting have the 'fair play' necessary to put him a concrete offer on the table.
The journalist Fabrizio Romano has offered an update on the French, detailing that it already is scheduled a new meeting between both parts for the next weeks. The Italian, specialist in the market of signings, already had informed the past 2 January that the situation between the club londinense and the player had changed after a pause in the negotiations in the last months.
The information also aims that the possibilities to arrive to an agreement at present is around 50%, with the player giving priority to the offer of Chelsea to define his future. The good news for the Barça is that the decision of the player will depend on the attractive that it was or no the proposal. In Stamford Bridge are in the middle of a reconstruction and does not seem too likely that the offer can be of 3 seasons ensured and an index card that, at least, keep the value of what comes earning the Frenchman, something that could take advantage of in the Camp Nou.
A negotiation something complicated
Beside Jorginho, the one who is in the same situation that the French, Kanté is one of the favourites of the technical body to reinforce the midfield the next season. However, Busquets is right now in work to renew his agreement and a so high index card like the one of a champion of the world not to be immediate headline does not seem too likely right now for the Barça.
