The Barça board is attentive to the future of more than a dozen players who can still leave profits in the Barça coffers. Who are they?

Calendar of FC Barcelona

FC Barcelona prioritizes making money this summer to be able to reinforce without problems. Waiting for LaLiga's 'ok' to the operation of the 475 VIP seats, which will allow to return to the 1:1 rule, the board is attentive to any market option that allows to generate income.

For the moment, the position is clear regarding the first team squad: do not force any departures, with the exception of Hansi Flick's discards and the players on loan in the 24/25 season who will return to the club in July.

In addition, Barça keeps in its radar 14 players with whom it can still obtain profits after reserving a percentage of their sports rights and future sales. Next, we review each of these cases.

Todibo, Mingueza and Trincao, very close to leaving a good loot to Barça

The first good news of the market points to give it Jean-Clair Todibo. The central defender has well encaminado his transfer to West Ham, who after sealing his permanence in the Premier League will accept to pay the 42.5 million euros of his rescission clause to Nice.

Barça sold Todibo in 2021 for 8.5 million euros fixed and 8.7 'kilos' extras in variables and will enter an exact figure for his transfer to West Ham, since the club reserved 20% of his rights.

With Francisco Trincao and Óscar Mingueza, on the other hand, there are fewer immediate options to make money. Barça reserved 50% of a future sale with both players, but both the winger and the central defender are aiming to renew with Sporting CP and Celta, respectively.

Trincao has a contract until 2027 and, although he sounded as a possible reinforcement for the Manchester United of his former coach Rúben Amorim, finally the 'red devils' opted to sign Matheus Cunha.

Mingueza, for his part, also ends his contract with Celta in 2026 and the Galician team, which will play in the Europa League next season, hopes to renew him soon. Otherwise, his clause is 20 'kilos' and half of that money would enter the Barça coffers.

Abde, Jutglà and Mármol can also give a hand to the Barça finances

On the other hand, there are players with smaller percentages and contractual situations that can give good financial news to Barça in July. One of them is Ferran Jutglà, who prioritizes leaving Brugge this summer after three seasons in which he has played 148 games, adding 40 goals and 24 assists.

The striker has one more year of contract and arrived in Belgium in 2022 in exchange for 5 million euros. The culés reserved 10% of a future sale. In the case of Ez Abde, the Moroccan had a good 24/25 with Betis (9 goals and 5 assists in 49 games) and the most likely thing is that he will stay in a 'verdiblanco' team that now has 80% of his sports rights.

Therefore, in case of a transfer (for now no offers have arrived to Betis), Barça would secure 20% of the sale. With Mika Mármol, on the other hand, there are many more chances to make money. The descent of the central defender forces Las Palmas to put him on the market and his rescission clause is 10 'kilos'. 50% of the sale will go to the Catalan coffers.

Carles Aleñá (Alavés): the midfielder will return to Getafe after a year on loan at Alavés where he played 25 games (1,606'). Barça still has 50% of his rights.

Riqui Puig (Los Ángeles Galaxy): the culés are also owners of half of the Galaxy player's card. Although he has a contract until 2027, his future is uncertain while he recovers from a cruciate ligament rupture.

Estanis Pedrola (Sampdoria): the striker played 12 games on loan at Bologna this season, without scoring any goal. Although the team finally saved itself from relegation to Serie C, it is likely that he will go out on loan again. Barça also secured 50% of a future sale with the 21-year-old player.

Mika Faye (Stade Rennes): the central defender counted very little for Rennes (he played 779 minutes in 12 games) and is aiming to leave on loan this summer. The culés closed his transfer for 12 'kilos' and still retain 25% of his card.

Ilaix Moriba (Celta de Vigo): the midfielder was an important for coach Claudio Giráldez, but still does not resolve his future with the Galicians. If Celta decides to pay Leipzig the 4.5 M€ of his clause, Barça will keep 10% (450,000 €).

Ludovit Reis (Hamburg): the midfielder has a contract until 2026 and completed a good 25/26, adding 2 goals and 3 assists in 28 games. Although the Dutchman arrived with a letter of freedom to Germany in 2021, Barça reserved 25% of his sports rights.

Sergiño Dest (PSV Eindhoven): the culés also retain 10% of his rights, but his long recovery rules out an eventual transfer this summer. PSV counts on him for the 25/26, although he only managed to add 375 minutes of action in the last two months of the season.

Vitor Roque (Palmeiras): the striker arrived at 'Verdao' in February, but so far has not contributed anything relevant to the Paulista team. The azulgrana team can still obtain profits with 10% of a future sale, after transferring him for 25.5 'kilos'.
