Stalled Renewal: Is Vinicius Moving Away from Madrid?

Conversations between Vinicius and Real Madrid are reportedly at a "standstill." However, both have expressed their desire to stay together.
Although from Real Madrid they would be pointing out that everything is done for Vinicius Jr. to stamp his signature on a new contract that links him to the white entity for several more seasons, those close to the player do not see it that way.
After Real Madrid's third match in the group stage of the Club World Cup against Red Bull Salzburg (0-3 in favor of the 'whites'), the Brazilian striker gave some statements that left more doubts than certainties when asked about his contractual situation with Madrid.
"I have two years left on my contract, my contract is until 2027," said the '7' in the mixed zone. In the same way, he commented on his desire to spend his entire career with the 'merengue' team, but comments that foreshadowed a prompt renewal were far away.
"I have always said that I want to stay here my whole career, make a great history with this team. I hope I can continue for many more years, many more goals and many more titles," he said.
'Vini' was one of the figures of the match against Salzburg, as he scored one of Real Madrid's three goals and provided an assist. He also won the award for best player of the match.
Madrid does not meet Vinicius' demands
According to the latest rumors, conversations between the 'merengues' and the left winger are at a "standstill" currently. However, this does not mean that the player wants to change teams, but apparently his financial aspirations carry a lot of weight.
Faced with the player's high demands, the 'white' club puts a stop to it, as the Brazilian star would be demanding 30 million euros net, including salary, bonuses and a renewal bonus.
However, both parties would be willing to reach an agreement, something that apparently will not be easy, since Madrid would not be willing to accept Vinicius' conditions.
Although both want to reach an agreement, in Valdebebas they believe that what Vini is asking for would break the salary cap, in addition to the fact that they would not like the idea of him demanding a bonus for renewing.
Arab football, watching Vini Jr
Rumors also suggest that, if no agreement is reached, Real Madrid would put Vinicius up for sale during this same summer. Now both parties must do their part to reach a deal.
It should be noted that in March of this year, emissaries from Arab football would have presented the player with a dizzying offer to get him out of the Spanish capital.
In this sense, the figure presented to the player would have been 1,000 million euros spread over 5 years. If the offer is still standing and no agreement is reached, it would be almost impossible for Real Madrid to compete financially.
