Toni Freixa: "I ask that the Manager of FC Barcelona sign Eric Garcia"

Toni Freixa, candidate to the elections to the presidency of the FC Barcelona that will celebrate the next month of March, offered a press conference in which it analysed the current situation of the club and of the electoral career, in which has to Joan Laporta and to Víctor Font like rivals. In his interventions, showed especially distant with regard to the first of them, propinándole numerous attacks.

With regard to the last controversies with Joan Laporta, Toni Freixa asked "respect by the club and by his organs", at the same time that urged to the Managing Commission of the FC Barcelona to "that they do not seat loomed and that do not have fear and ask them that they formalise the agreement with Eric Garcia so that it avenges free of traspaso in the next market of summer". It is necessary to remember that Laporta does not agree in his signing and urged to Carles Tusquets to not to do it.

Toni Freixa neither agrees with Víctor Font, that wants to bring to Eric García already in January: "I do not understand that it was the best model fichar a player that arrives free to final of season. It is not significant that pay later, because in any case supposes more debt for the club". In this sense, the candidate understands that it has to pactarse his arrival for next summer.

Toni Freixa also remembered how were the starts of the campaign, even before the vote of censorship. Toni Freixa defensió to Carles Tusquets of the indictments of Joan Laporta. "The Managing Commission is not a group of occupy, but a planned figure in the statutes.
