Laporta Looms with legal actions against Rosell and Bartomeu

Through several messages from his personal account of Twitter, the ex president of the FC Barcelona and lawyer of job Joan Laporta loomed with undertaking legal actions against the current mandator Josep Maria Bartomeu and the previous Sandro Rosell to defend the honour of the FC Barcelona in the "Case Neymar". Everything after having knowledgeable of the pact reached by the current managerial board and the Fiscalía that would exonerate to both and to the own Neymar

According to Laporta, with this pact "the FC Barcelona would remain like only inculpado by two fiscal crimes" and therefore same thinks "to undertake the pertinent legal actions". Some actions that justifies to struggle by "the legitimate defence of the interests of the FC Barcelona and of his partners and partners". Laporta Affirms that so much Rosell like Bartomeu "make a mistake if they think that they can use the money of the FC Barcelona to remain freed of his bad management".

All this arrives after knowing that the Barcelona club, the Fiscalía and the Legal profession of the State would have arrived to an agreement by which if the entity culé admits two crimes against the Public Inland revenue committed in the signing of the crack Brazilian and accepts the fine of 5,5 million euros, Bartomeu, Rosell and Neymar would remain free of all charge. The board gathered this Friday of urgency but decided to postpone the decision to accept or no the pact until next Monday.
