An assistant to 'Tata' Martino confirms that they did not have referee reports either
Jorge Pautasso, a former member of the Barça staff in charge of 'Tata' Martino in the 2013/14 season, has claimed to be unaware of any type of arbitration report, as in the case of Ernesto Valverde
The case of the payments of the FC Barcelona to the ex referee and ancient vice-president of the Technical Committee of Referees, José María Enríquez Negreira, continues generating controversy in the Spanish football, especially after the last pronouncements by part of several clubs in this regard. Of equal way, continues trascending information on the subject, as the one who has given to know an ancient member of the technical body.
It treats of Jorge Pautasso, the one who previously was one of the assistants of Gerardo 'Tata' Martino in the staff during the season 2013/14, in which the culés could not do with the title of the tournament of the regularity after puncturing in the last date in front of the Athletic of Madrid in the Camp Nou, by what the competition would finish with the colchoneros celebrating his conquest in the feudo Barcelona.
Recently, Pautasso has offered statements for 'The Confidential', indicating not having knowledge of some referee's report received by the technical body while it was forming part of him and even denies that there has been some type of bond with Enríquez Negreira and the staff of the Barça for then: "we did not have any report of the referees, never listened this name".
This version paginates with the esgrimida by the ex trainer of the Barcelona, Ernesto Valverde, the one who in his moment also indicated desconocer the existence of these reports: "I do not remember reports of the referees, is something common: the statistics that has the referee that touches you... Some assessment that do us, in the last parties, how has gone us, if they take out more cards, reports that arrive to Aspiazu (his second). In Barcelona neither looked them, and did not know neither that existed".
The uncertainty persists
Both versions, that coincide, could continue feeding the rumours on what really have been able to occur until so much do not conduct a thorough investigation the case. The fact that two ancient integral of the technical body have denied to receive some type of referee's report that would have been paid by the club, could wake up the controversy on which would have been the concept of the payments made by the Barça.
