The Assembly gave its "ok" to the budget for 22/23 and the sale of Barça Studios

The realisation of the Assembly of partners of the FC Barcelona has left a positive balance with the approval of several measures proposed by the directive. Regarding the budget for the season in course, the compromisarios have given his approval with 478 of them pronouncing in favour, whereas 35 have done it against and 15 in white.

In total, has approved a figure of 1.255 million euros, after the economic vice-president of the Barça, Eduard Romeu, offered details on this new budget, doing emphasis in the increase of the ordinary income to the closing of the exercise, what would suppose the entrance of 105 'kilos' more than in the previous year, for a total of 855 million euros.

On the other hand, the 400 remaining millions correspond to the agreement with Sixth Street by the cession of the television rights in a 25 % by a period of 25 years. On the other hand, it foresees that the costs reach a total of 1.065 millions, of which 656 millions will form part of the mass salarial, what supposes an increase of the 27 % regarding the previous exercise.

From the Barcelona have indicated that these increases are due to the improvements entered in the commercial section, happening of ingresar 245 millions to 332 millions. In her it goes in the agreement of sponsorship with Spotify, that supposes a historical record for the institution, what translates in a significant increase of the mount that ingresará to the arks.

The partners approve the sale of Barça Studios

Regarding the sale of a fraction of the 49 % of Barça Studios, the vote has concluded equally with a considerable majority in favour (460 votes against 39 against and 21 in white). This percentage of participation is divided between the signatures Socios.com and Orpheus Half, each one of them will do with a 24,5 % in return of 200 million euros.

Romeu Has explained that this type of alliances related with the commercialisation of tokens and other criptoactivos frames in a process of modernisation in the economic model of the club: "The offers received encircled to the new digital formats.
