The Barça clears the situation on the children of Rafa Yuste and Xavi Puig

After leaving clear through a communiqué ooficial that Guillem Laporta, son of the president of the FC Barcelona, had not incurred in any type of irregularity related with operations related with the market of signings, the Catalan entity has followed suit with the children of other two members of the managerial board of the Barcelona team; on the one hand, the one of the vice-president Rafa Yuste; by another, the one of Xavi Puig.

Both would have been linked with some negotiations that would involve to some players of The Masia, what finally has been desestimado by the Catalan entity. In spite of that in this case there has not been communiqué, from 'Sportive World' have indicated that the club has desmarcado of this type of designations that would not correspond with the current reality of the institution and of the children of both directors.

Like this it resolved the case of Guillem Laporta

Regarding the most direct precedent of this fact, that had in the focus to the son of the current jerarca Barcelona, the club, through his communiqué, left seated that they already had initiated the pertinent investigations: "The Àrea of Compliance of the FC Barcelona, in accordance with what establish his internal protocols, in front of the facts reported publicly by the mentioned media, has initiated diverse performances to be able to verify the facts".

These would launch that it did not exist any type of bond: "In the frame of the performances made have made a series of interviews so much with the people affected as with other members of the areas of Football and Finances of the Club. Guillem Laporta has participated in the operations of intermediation by the traspasos or relative cessions to the operations Alonso-Lenglet-Dest (neither any another)".

The text on the subject finalised with the reaffirmation of this posture by part of the director of Football: "In this sense, the Director of Football, the sr. Mateu Alemany, self-evident that the sr. Guillem Laporta never has participated in any meeting or negotiation in any of the operations Alonso-Lenglet-Dest, neither in any another, and that the managers and workers of the Area know undoubtedly the normative intern of the Club, as well as the valid legislation in matter of conflict of interests and autocontratación".
