After knowing that the National High Court had reopened the "Case Neymar 2", the FC Barcelona has answered to the new juridical problem issuing a communiqué in which it gives his version of all the subject on the crack Brazilian
After knowing the reopening of the "Case Neymar 2" this Friday, announced by the National High Court, the FC Barcelona has had to go out to the step with a communiqué in which it leaves clear that is totally disconforme with this. This is the official communiqué of the FC Barcelona on the "Case Neymar-2":
"In front of the decision of the National High Court to estimate the resource of the Fiscal Ministry and continue the process against Neymar, Neymar Jr., Sandro Rosell, the Saints CF and the FC Barcelona, in the case DIS, the FC Barcelona expresses his disconformidad with the included reasonings in this resolution.
The judge instructor, that initially had agreed sobreseer the case of all the investigated, will have to reopen now the cause and finish celebrating a trial. In this trial the FC Barcelona will keep the theses that always has defended along the process and will show the innocence of all the investigated".
