The FC Barcelona reports a conspiracy against Messi

The FC Barcelona has issued during the last hours a communiqué in which it has left clear his posture of total support to Leo Messi reporting a species of campaign against of the player and also of the Barcelona club for desprestigiar his image around the world

The Barça has made public along the last hours of this Thursday a communiqué in which it has left clear his total support to Leo Messi after it have known that the Legal profession of the State has requested a penalty of 22 months and half of prison for the Argentinian star by three presumptive fiscal crimes that the Fiscalía denied does only some days.

Messi will have to seat in the bench of the accused to attend to trial in the weeks to come, and in the Barcelona would begin to suspect of a species of conspiracy from the capital with the mere aim of desprestigiar the image of the FC Barcelona and of the big Argentinian star around the world. In this sense, the entity culé has launched an official communiqué in which it has criticised the way to act of the Legal profession of the State and has showed in favour of the sentence that gave the past 25 September the Fiscalía. This is the complete communiqué of the FC Barcelona:

"After knowing that the Legal profession of the State pretends to accuse Leo Messi by three crimes against the public Inland revenue, between the 2007 and the 2009, for which asks 22 months and half of prison, the FC self-evident Barcelona the following:

1- The Club shows his extrañeza by the divergence of criterion between the Fiscal Ministry, that on 25 September past decided not accusing to Leo Messi of fiscal crime, and the opinion expressed by the Legal profession of the State, that says just the contrary.

2- The FC Barcelona has done to arrive his affection and solidarity with Leo Messi and his family in this so unusual situation. The Club will continue giving all his support and help in the juridical field, fiscal and official to the família in this process.

3- The FC Barcelona reports the cumulus of external decisions, totally inadmissible and that does time that began, being alienate to the strictly sportive field. They prejudice the good course of the Club, his stability and the one of the sportsmen that form part. The Club will continue working with more firmness that never to defend his legitimate rights and is prepared for the new challenges that can arrive".
