FC Barcelona's new statutes could be ready ahead of schedule

The FC Barcelona informed the past 16 May of the creation of a Commission for the Reform of the Statutes. The club activated a participatory process of his partners so that they contributed proposed with such to adapt the Statutes to the new times. In this sense 'Sportive World' has informed that this process was successful and already received a lot of ideas of Barcelona partners that have derived in a proposal of reform of the letter magna culé very wide.

In this sense, from the entity already is analysing which is the best moment to subject this statutory adaptation to a vote that, given the magnitude of the same, can be in an assembly of compromisarios or through a specific referendum with this only thematic. After collecting the contributions of the partners in statutory matter the intention was to subject the result of this process to the approval in the next Ordinary Assembly, that will celebrate the next 9 October. However, finally there has not been time to articulate these changes before this date and will not vote in the next meeting of the compromisarios.

The information aims that in the process of reform that is tackling some of the key points of the same do reference to the length of the mandates. In the last statutory remodeling, the board that chairs Joan Laporta proposed and was him approved the reduction of the length of the mandate of six to five natural years. It does not be necessary to forget that Laporta, when being chosen president and take possession in March of 2021, saw how that season 2020-21 already computed him like a year of mandate of the six that had to occupy the presidency.

Two options

Another of the appearances that want to retouch in the statutory reform is concerning the guarantee. The Government of Spain deleted for the clubs that are not anonymous societies, that is to say for Barça, Real Madrid, Athletic Club of Bilbao and CA Osasuna, the forcing to have to present a guarantee by the value of the 15 percent of the budget of the entity.

With this movement the Spanish Executive liberalised the subject of the guarantees and remained to will of these teams the one who have to present the together entrantes.
