Jose Maria Bakero, responsible maximum of the professional formative football of the FC Barcelona beside Guillermo Love, has explained the reasons of the escape of all these footballers to other teams: "75% of the decision to leave is by money, the another 25% is that they do pre-season in the first team".
Besides, Bakero confessed that the club has to be the one who decide when a player goes up of category: "We decide which are the stages of the players. Neither they neither his representatives have to dominate the situation and that say us that the next season has to be in the first team. To some of which have left , have said them did the pre-season with the filial and have not wanted".
It comes a big generation in the Barça
The manager of the formative football professional also commented the big generation of the juvenile: "there are players very qualified to play, now in the juvenile there are a lot of players that can play in the Barça B. They are the famous batches or some that lose the confidence by the way to play. The competition is very big, but is question that they trust".
Besides, Bakero wanted to defend the politics of training that is still in the Masia. "We put all the means so that these boys can arrive to the first team, but at the end depends on they", said, adding that "our work is that in the filial and the first team increase the presence of players of the house".
