During the press conference kept this Saturday in the installations of the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper, Ernesto Valverde has explained which is the idea that him round the head in relation to the planning of the staff of the next season 2018-19, with the will to have of a group of 20-22 players, and with the will to give importance to the quarry.
In this sense, has ensured that has the intention to rise to two players of the Barça B to the staff of the first team. The case of Carles Aleñá is very clear, but the one of Oriol Busquets will depend on how recover of the injury that drags.
"We go to analyse when it finish the season, but in the case of Carles Aleñá is clear that will come with us. The rest will value it. Oriol Busquets is another player in this situation, but has an important injury. We thought in him and we are valuing his evolution. We go to expect a bit", have been the words of Ernesto Valverde in this regard.
Valverde, besides, has argued that this season 2017-18 have not resorted so much to the promotion of players of the Barça B to exception of the first parties of Glass of Rey. "What accustom to do is to close a lot my team. The players are in the team and am not very adherent to go up to one to go down it afterwards, prefer that they are more often with us, as it has happened this year with Aleñá".
