The Barça has made public during the last hours a communiqué in which it has asked to the means the maximum respect to the presumption of innocence of the people reported by Jaume Roures, and where ensures that the club is totally extraneous to the reasons of the querella

The directive of the FC Barcelona has issued during the last hours a communiqué in which it has defended the presumption of innocence of all the people involved in the querella imposed by Jaume Roures, president of Mediapro, to the FC Barcelona, to Sandro Rosell and to several people more -between them two workers of the entity culé- of course "espionage" during 2009, 2010 and 2011 to the emails of the own Roures, obtaining of this forms privileged information. To continuation reproduces the whole communiqué launched by the FC Barcelona:

"1- The FCB is totally extraneous to the facts that have motivated this querella, that happened between the years 2009 and 2011, and thus it will appear of immediate form in the procedure to request the archive of the case in all those appearances that do reference to the entity.

2- The club demands respect for the ex presidents and the presumption of innocence of the two workers of the entity that have been querellados.

3- The FC Barcelona puts to disposal of the justice to help to clear the facts that have motivated the querella. Asímismo, the managerial board has commissioned a report on this case to the general direction of the club for averiguar the reality of the facts.

4- The club reserves the use of all those legal actions that serve to preserve the prestige and the good image of the FC Barcelona".

It fits to remember that Jaume Roures, during the extraordinary press conference that effected this past Thursday, ensured that the ex manager of the computer department of Mediapro, Robert Bed, the one who still follows working for the FC Barcelona, devoted to filter information of his private emails to Sandro Rosell, then president of the Barcelona club.
