LaLiga, CSD, day adulterated and now, the RFEF... What wrap!

The Real Spanish Federation of Football fixed posture in front of the postponement of two games of the day of LaLiga corresponding to this weekend. Seville vs Barcelona and Villarreal vs Alavés are the meetings in question that propician this situation inside the Spanish competition of football.

The CSD would have to resolve on the core of the matter before the Thursday if it does not want to adulterate of an irreversible way the competition of First Division in this day and in the following.

The CSD, by means of the adoption of the measure cautelar dictated in the day of today, interferes indebidamente of a clear way, absolute and determinant in the sportive autonomy of the competitions futbolísticas, question of extreme gravity.

So much the LNFP like the CSD are putting in risk complete the integrity of the competition favouring in the case of the LNFP and allowing in the case of the CSD a complete inequality between the teams of the same competition and the same category and fixing some distinct rules for the Second Division, being equally a professional category.

We understand that the CSD with his measure adulterates the competition of a way determinant when, neither the LNFP, neither the own CSD have said at all on the whole of the teams of Second PROFESSIONAL Division that have had to contest this week and the next week his parties with a considerable number of players yielded to different selections. Or what still seems more surprising and out of place, creates a precedent that can alter the future What will decide the LNFP and the CSD when they have to split players to the Glass of Africa or other competitions of other continents? They will suspend also discrecionalmente some parties of those teams that consider more notable?

It will decide from now the CSD the suspension of the parties of any another sport by inclemencias of the time or by international calendars of any sport? It goes to review from now the CSD all the suspensions of competitions and parties of all the Federations or only in what atañe to the football?

With this measure cautelar the CSD has exceeded a juridical line that never up to now had crossed and that it can have consequences nefastas for the Spanish sport and for the own CSD".
