Tebas 'attacked' against Barça for the 'Negreira Case' based on false information

The 'Negreira Case' has negatively affected the image of FC Barcelona. Despite everything said, the panorama is beginning to clear up for the culés, since apparently Javier Tebas' accusations, after new evidence that has emerged, seem to lack veracity

Javier Thebes, in his investiture like president of LaLiga, has caused a big damage to the FC Barcelona when doing indictments without contrasting information. The director has taken advantage of the occasion to accuse of unfounded way to the Barça to pay periodically to the company DASNIL 95 S.L, linked with José María Enríquez Negreira, exvicepresidente of the Technical Committee of Referees of the RFEF, and to his son, Javier Enriquez Romero, with the aim to influence in the referee's performances in profit of the FCB.

As it informs the media 'Chronic Free', the mandator presented a writing headed to the Fiscalía on 22 February of this year, in which it included a handwritten note of Josep Contreras, ancient director of the Catalan cast died on 25 December 2022 and key figure in the directive of Josep María Bartomeu. In this note appeared three specific names: "Román pleaded, Rosell and Josep María".

Although the note was dated roughly 20 years before Sandro Rosell and Josep María Bartomeu turned into presidents of the Barcelona club, Javier Thebes rushed to affirm in his writing that the names mentioned referred to Román Gómez Ponti, the one who exerted like manager of the juridical services of the club, and of course, to the two monarchs of the institution blaugrana previously referred.

However, in the middle of all the controversy, has questioned him to the relatives of José Contreras Arjona, ex director of the Barça and of the Catalan Federation of Football, one of the distinguished by Thebes like intermediary in the presumptive transactions between the FC Barcelona and Enríquez Negreira and Enríquez Romero. The family has provided a testimony that has dissipated any doubt on this case. The telephone call made has served to clear that the names mentioned in the note correspond to workers and contacts of the family Contreras in the years 1980 and 1990, without any relation with the team of the City Condal.

The proofs showed by Javier Thebes seem to have not been verified previously

Surprisingly, the native of Costa Rica has made all these indictments supposedly without contrasting the information, as it signals 'Chronic Free'. This precipitation has been accompanied by numerous media that, without verifying the data, have spread false information that has affected negatively the image of the Barça like institution, something complex to remedy independently that the dictamen seems that it will be favourable to the Catalans.

Besides, Javier Thebes has not had objections in accusing with some vehemence to the FC Barcelona, since, in addition to the proofs presented, has mentioned that "Of the documentation that facilitates in this writing, and that another that the media indicate that it would be already to disposal of this Fiscalía, does not result neither much less descartable (…) could concurrir other crimes such as the one of disloyal administration or the one of undue appropriation (…)". Of this way, attributes him to the Barcelona square other crimes and urges to the Fiscalía to act immediately, because "it could be next the fulfillment of the term of prescription of the presumptive and hypothetical crimes".

The FC Barcelona still has not pronounced in front of these disclosures

Until the moment, desconoce which will be the reaction of the institution chaired by Joan Laporta in front of the disclosure of these facts. In his moment, the club denied categorically all the information related with this case and also requested the resignation of the president of LaLiga, something that still has not occurred.
