FIFA OPENED A FILE TO THE AUF
Uruguay and four of its players, exposed to a harsh sanction

Due to the incidents that occurred after the elimination of Uruguay from the World Cup, FIFA has opened a disciplinary file against the Association and four of its players. Godín, Muslera, Cavani and Giménez could have serious consequences

The file to the AUF is by possible infringements of the articles 11 (offensive Behaviour and rape of the principles of the clean game), 12 (undue Behaviour of players and officials) and 13 (Discrimination of the Disciplinary Code). In the meantime, the players could be sanctioned by possible faults to the articles 11 and 12.
Giménez, the most prejudiced
In this sense, José María Giménez could suffer a severe punishment after striking to an official of FIFA. Taking into account the stipulated in the Disciplinary Code, exists the possibility that the central of the Athletic of Madrid was suspended until with 15 dates to fulfil between friendly official and parties of eliminatory.
