The Fiscalía also reports to José Mourinho for defrauding

The Fiscalía Spanish has accused formally to José Mourinho to defraud to Inland revenue 3,3 million euros. The indictments to the Portuguese technician are for creating an entramado to hide profits when it was trainer of the Real Madrid
This Tuesday, the same day in which it gave to know when and where will declare Cristiano Ronaldo as imputed by four fiscal crimes, the Fiscalía Provincial of Madrid has presented a complaint against the exentrenador of football of the Real Madrid José Mario Mourinho Two Saints.
In this case, to the luso attribute him two crimes against the Public Inland revenue related with the Income tax of the Physical People (income tax) purportedly committed during the exercises 2011 and 2012. Regarding the quantity defrauded, this would rise to the 3.304.670 euros (1.611.537 euros in 2011 and 1.693.133 euros in 2012.
This information that collects the newspaper "The World" ensures that the fiscalía accuses to the trainer to have served "of a structure societaria whose creation have not been able to date, although they show safe that it is previous to 17 September 2014, with the object to do physically opaque the pertinent profits of his rights of image".
The problem would root in that after signing his agreement by the Real Madrid, on 31 March 2010, Mourinho presented his statements of the exercises 2011 and 2012 without declaring the pertinent income of the cession of his rights of image, something that the fiscalía considers that it did "with spirit to obtain an illicit profit". And this that the luso already had his residence in Spain from this moment.
Mourinho already paid more than a "kilo" to Inland revenue
