The TAS will decide before 2015 if the Barça can fichar

The Court of Sportive Arbitration (TAS) has published this Tuesday in his web page that the FC Barcelona has presented a resource against the sanction of the FIFA confirmed the past month of August. The Barça asks the cancellation of the sanction or a discount. The next 5 December the TAS will gather and will dictate sentence before end of year

Before it finish the year 2014, the FC Barcelona will know if it will be able to or no fichar players in the market of winter that begins on 1 January 2015, that is to say inside a month and half. The Court of Sportive Arbitration, the TAS, has announced this Tuesday that the next 5 December will do the sight to decide if it confirms the sanction to the Barcelona club of not being able to fichar players during the market of winter and the one of summer of 2015, or if it reduces this sanction.

The Barça was sanctioned by the FIFA by have not fulfilled the regulation in matter of signings of lower players of age. The appeal that did the Barcelona club was desestimada by what the Barça resorted to the TAS, the maximum judicial instance of the world of the sport.
