Lenglet will have to return to Barça after finishing his loan with Tottenham

After the season ended, Tottenham made the decision to end Clement Lenglet's loan. From Barça they see it as a kind of struggle to pay less money than was initially discussed
The central French, Clément Lenglet, will have to go back to the discipline of FC Barcelona after culminating a very good year with the Tottenham. The player is of the little rescatable of the 'Spurs' this season, since they have had a very discreet campaign and even will not be able to have participation in European competitions in 2024.
In spite of having announced in his social networks the farewell of Lenglet, this does not mean that the English do not go to present a formal offer to be able to remain with the rights of the player. Simply, it treats of a "played master" to try negotiate to the drop, as they would not be by the work to pay the 15 or 10 millions that had pactado initially. By error or consent of this clause in his agreement, the Catalan group do not include in the loan an option of purchase, so the English simply did the corresponding administrative formality once finalised the official competitions. The intention of the managerial board of the Barça is to try recover good part of the 36 millions that invested in summer of the 2018 and in these moments the assessment of his exit oscillates on the 20 'kilos.
The postures have gone approaching little by little between both parts, but still are far to put of agreement. The Barcelonan expect to take out at least some 12 millions, but when seeming 'The 'Spurs' only would arrive to offer the half of this quantity. The next weeks will be definite in the negotiations that already are on the table, where each one of the parts is collaborating after a definite transfer.
