Appeal desestima the complaint of the Raise by the 'case Chumi'

After it confirmed the decision of the Jueza Only of the Committee of Competition, refusing the complaint of the Raise against the FC Barcelona when having been considered out of term, the Raise did not give by defeated. The club 'granota' pretends to exhaust all the resources to resort the decision of the Committee of Competition.

In a new attempt by part of the Valencians, the Committee of Appeal also has desestimado the resource of the Raise by the presumptive undue alignment of Chumi. Of the same way that the Committee of Competition, also considers that the complaint was out of term and that thus it will not study if the eleven was or no correct.

In this sense, the resolution of Appeal also refused the resource presented by the Raise, that follows exhausting all the roads of possible claim. Appeal affirms "desestimar the resource formulated by the Raise UD SAD, confirming the agreement impugned, recaído in resolution of the Jueza of Competition of the RFEF of date 18 January 2019".

Besides, it adds that "since this Committee has pronounced on the resource of appeal presented by the Raise UD, is not necessary to adopt decision any on the application of measures cautelares contained in the quoted resource". The Raise seems that it took too much in reporting the supposed case of undue alignment of the FC Barcelona.

Nevertheless, the club levantinista ensured by means of a tuit that the following step will be to attend to the Court of Sportive Arbitration of the Upper Council of Sports. In this way, the Raise has of a new term of fifteen days to present a new resource by the 'case Chumi'.
