After yielding part of his television rights to Sixth Street, the Catalan entity has reached an agreement with Socios.com, that now will be the owner of 25% of Barça Studios in return of 100 million euros. This sale distinguishes of the previous, since this percentage of participation will be definite and will not have a period limited.
What is Socios.com?
It treats of a pertaining company to the Group Mediarex devoted to the exchange of tokens or fungible (NFT), focused in the world of the sports and the leisure. Besides, it has the backrest of several clubs to world-wide level, like the Arsenal, Athletic of Madrid, Galatasaray, Inter of Milan, Juventus, Milan, Paris Saint-Germain and Rome, among others and has to Lionel Messi like one of his main ambassadors.
One of his main activities is the trade of Fan Tokens, coins or index cards that the fans can purchase in return of some profits of participation; for example, to the moment to take some decisions related with the institution. In fact, this platform served like intermediary in the election of the sponsor social of the T-shirts of the Seville.
