18 hectares of terrain, 15 seats in the Camp Nou, renewal of all the sportive complex, connection of green areas, the implementation of the last technology and other characteristics were exposed in the video of the possible new colossus culé, that aims to be the best and bigger of all Europe.
Breakdown of costs
It is important to highlight that the Barcelona club ensured that they will not exceed three red lines: neither it will mortgage the heritage of the club, neither will put in risk the sportive management neither will ask money to the partners to pay the works.
On to the cost of the new project of the Espai Barça will be desglosado of the following way: 900 millions the Camp Nou, 420 millions the Palau Blaugrana, 100 million urbanisation and creation of the new campus, 60 millions by modifications of the Metropolitan General Plan and 20 millions by the Estadi Johan Cruyff, that already is built.
