The FC Barcelona and the UEFA have arrived finally to a pact regarding the presence of flags esteladas in the Camp Nou. The maximum organism of the European football will review the norm with the aim that it was more flexible and chord to the details and nuances of some situations, by what foresees that of face to the future the fans culés can lucir with total freedom and impunity esteladas in the Barcelona sanctuary.

In return, the Barcelona has withdrawn the resource that had presented in front of the TAS, waiting for the review that will carry out the UEFA of the norm that forbade the presence of esteladas in the Camp Nou during the parties of UEFA Champions League, and by which the Barça already had been fined in more than an occasion, by the moment so only to economic level.

The UEFA has made public the following communiqué:

"The UEFA finds satisfied in communicating that the FC Barcelona has withdrawn his resource to the TAS with regard to the economic sanction imposed to the club by the disciplinary organisms of the UEFA in relation with the exhibition of 'Esteladas' in two parties of UEFA Champions League in November of 2015.

The UEFA appreciates that the FC Barcelona have recognised that, when it treats of the application of the Disciplinary Regulation of the valid UEFA, there is little margin of manoeuvre for the disciplinary organisms regarding going out of what establish the norms and that have the obligation to apply these norms as they are, including all the relative to the existent relative prohibition to the exhibition of messages of political type in football matchs.

At the same time, the UEFA recognises that the rules of this nature "are not recorded in stone" and that they can, and have to, evolve to reflect the nature of the society in which we live, in which the freedom of expression is generally a value supported and celebrated.

While the UEFA does not want that the football matchs use with political ends, neither wants to sanction to a club or to a federation in situations where a reasonable person would not feel offended by a message exhibited in a field of football.

Therefore, the UEFA also shows had to examine the precise scope of his valid Disciplinary Regulation with the end to guarantee that, in case that it impose a sanction, this only suceda in circumstances and cases in which the majority of the reasonable people think that it would have to impose a sanction.

In this context, the UEFA will set up a Group of Work, in which they will participate the clubs and the national federations, with the aim to be able to review the disciplinary juridical frame proposing the appropriate recommendations", can read.

We remember that, after all the sanctions received in the last months by the Barça, the president Josep Maria Bartomeu already left clear that the Barça would exhaust "all the instances until achieving the revocación. It is a totally unfair and contrary sanction to the exercise of the freedom of expression", said months backwards. It seems that, finally, it has given the first step to win the battle with the UEFA.
