The FC Barcelona achieved to close the year 2019 with a victory against the Sportive Alavés that, to moral level, was important after the bad image given against the Real Madrid in Santiago Bernabéu. In these circumstances, Jordi Alba attended to the media being autocrítico, but also ambitious of face to the future challenges.

The Barcelona side recognised to be satisfied in general lines, but remarked that the FC Barcelona has to improve in some appearances. "The balance is positive but it is necessary to improve things", recognised the defence, with a wish of face to the future: "ojalá are at the end to win it all, because have team to do it but it is necessary to improve a lot still".

Given the circumstances and after it sucedido in the Classical against the Real Madrid the past Wednesday, Jordi Alba showed understanding with the whistles of the public after the goal of the Sportive Alavés to put the 2-1 in the marker. "The whistles are respectable. When they do not go out the things, is normal, understand the get angry of the fans, but think that the team has done a very good party", commented.

"The arbitration and the VAR have to improve, the same that we"

The defence culé wanted to be positive, giving by good the victory against the Alavés and remembering that the Barça is leader in LaLiga and finished first in the phase of groups of the Champions League. "We have had some doubts, but have finish very happy of the victory", said, adding that "it is necessary to see it of the positive side: we are leaders and have finish first of group in the Champions without playing well. Only it is necessary to improve and we go it to do".

Also it wanted to give a touch to the VAR and to the referees, recognising that they have to improve. "At the end the one who commands is the referee and it is necessary to respect it. Neither I think that today it have benefited neither prejudiced to anybody in the result, but yes is true that the arbitration and the VAR have to improve, the same that we. In football all the world can complain, although have more repercussion if they do it the Barça or the Madrid", sentenced.

Jordi Alba improves the rhythm

Jordi Alba follows improving day in day out after surpassing the muscular injury that has been him racking in the start of the present season. Against the Alavés could him see looser that in previous parties and, little by little, goes approximating to his best version, a very positive news since we are in front of a fundamental player so much in defence as in attack.
