Police register in the domicile of a director of the Barça

The vice-president of the FC Barcelona, Carles Vilarrubí, decided to issue a communiqué this Tuesday in the morning after the police carried out a register in his domicile in relation to a supposed controversy with Restaurants of Cerdanya. It did a call to the respect

The newspaper "Sport" has done echo of the open letter issued by the vice-president of the FC Barcelona, Carles Vilarrubí, to the one who this Tuesday in the morning the police made an inspection in his domicile. The director of the Barcelona club wanted to clear the controversial few hours afterwards by means of a communiqué that the quoted half has published of whole form:

"With regard to the police performances of this morning in my home address of Barcelona, want to clear in front of the public opinion that all treats of an error that remains of self-evident when it knows the content of the resolution that has motivated the register".

Said resolution signals that in the year 1995, does now 20 years, I was "social representative" of Restaurants of Cerdanya S.L. This does not correspond with the reality. The concept of "social representative" does not have legal validity any. My real participation in this society limits to that in the years 90, together with other friends of the Cerdanya, decide to back economically to a restaurant of prestige in the zone as it was Tower of the Remei, Relais Chateaux and pioneer of the guide Michelin. In any moment was administrator, apoderado, neither legal representative of said society and, of course, ignored completely the existence of common accounts in Andorra to his name".

"Once cleared this situation and in defence of my honour, my lawyer will present immediately a resource against the resolution that justified the register of my domicile with the end to achieve the total exoneración of responsibilities. From it does more than thirty years devote me to business and institutional activities, in our country and abroad, without that it never have suffered judicial incidence any. I reaffirm I respect me absolute to the Law and my total prediposición to collaborate with the Justice at all times".

"I understand the special circumstances of the situation that live and the pressure of all, but take advantage of this communiqué to do a call to the respect of the private people like me and to preserve the reputation of the public institutions that have the honour to represent".
