The moral damages of the sanction FIFA for the FC Barcelona

The main managers of the quarry of the FC Barcelona, Jordi Roura, Pep Safe and Aureli Altimira, have conceded an interview to "MD" in which they have explained the problems that have found with the boys that have suffered in his meats the sanction of the FIFA and, therefore, have been during months without playing with the rest of his mates of team.

"The sportive consequences are evident, any team of the world if you remove him the three or four better players of each team the level can go down", explains Jordi Roura. "If it had happened in another club would have been unsustainable. It has happened here and the Barcelona has gone out súper reinforced and has showed the fortress of all his structures, because in spite of all the problems have competed and have won titles and this has showed the fortress".

The hardest for Roura has been to have to say to the boys that could not play. "The human consequences have been very hard. What have suffered for real has been to see like these boys have been stopped. That day in day out, week by week seeing as it comes you a boy and asks you if it can play and have to say him that no. This has been terrible. Have several months without being able to play to boys of 11 or 12 years did to suffer a lot to them, to his families and to me personally".

The manager of the filial of the FC Barcelona and of the Juvenile, Pep Safe, has signalled that "when a club stops by a sanction like this always brings you difficulties from the point of view of the own and logical rotations that it has to have in the staff and always alters the dynamics of operation of the teams".

In this sense, adds that "now it will be necessary to give lower of the normal and this will generate more nerves and anxieties, and will hamper the processes of training, some processes that have to base in the patience and the tranquility, and when this does not exist creates you a lot of difficulties".

Finally, Aureli Altimira has spoken on the "pedagogy" that is making from the club with a lot of boys that already have social networks and, therefore, could create some serious problem to the Barça. "We are having meetings with the parents and do a strict control. It is necessary to explain them what can happen and the dangers that there is. There are situations in that they complicate us but like club it is necessary to work in looking for the tools to determine the use of these".
